Meet Margie.

Her journey began at Lurie Children’s in Chicago, IL, where she contributed to transformative campaigns during her 20-year tenure. Since 2006, as the driving force behind DeVine Consulting, Margie has focused on understanding the unique dynamics of nonprofits, emphasizing the importance of people, culture, and productivity in fostering organizational success. Summer into Fall

Living in Northern Michigan affords me the opportunity to experience the change in seasons with an adjacency to nature that I really appreciate. As such, when I am not at my desk, you will likely find me on a woods walk or taking the dogs to one of our expansive beaches. This time in nature only serves to calm the nerves, gain clear perspective, and experience gratitude for the people and organizations in my life.

It is hard to believe that we are celebrating 18 years this year. A big shout out to all those who believed in me and helped DeVine Consulting get started and keep going!

Our priority service lines are coaching, consulting, and search projects. Call us if you need our help. We have limited availability and would love to hear from you!
