My work tends to gravitate toward the same kinds of challenges — the ones that require candid conversation, clear thinking, and a willingness to dig in.

Right now, I’m particularly drawn to three areas:

Coaching. Fundraising is a skill, and so is leadership. I work one-on-one and with individuals to build confidence, sharpen focus, and help others step more fully into their roles. Whether someone is new to development or an experienced leader looking to recalibrate, I love working with people who are willing to do the work.

Fundraising planning. I also enjoy helping organizations think through where they are, where they want to go, and what a realistic path forward looks like. I am especially energized by aspirational organizations and the willingness to do the work to get there.

Peer collaboration. I occasionally partner with fellow consultants on projects that benefit from an extra set of experienced hands or a thought partner at the table.
