Margie's consulting work tends to gravitate toward the same kinds of challenges — the ones that require honest conversation, clear thinking, and a willingness to dig in.

Right now, she's particularly drawn to three areas:

Coaching for development staff and board members. Fundraising is a skill, and so is board leadership. Margie works one-on-one and with teams to build confidence, sharpen focus, and help people step more fully into their roles. Whether someone is new to development or an experienced leader looking to recalibrate, she meets them where they are.

Fundraising planning. Margie helps nonprofits think through where they are, where they want to go, and what a realistic path forward looks like. She's especially energized by organizations with big aspirations and the willingness to do the work to get there.

Peer collaboration. Margie occasionally partners with fellow consultants on projects that benefit from an extra set of experienced hands or a thought partner at the table.

Executive search remains part of her work as well — just reach out if that's what you're looking for.
